For all booked photo sessions: if the client cancels with less than a 24-hour emailed notification due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the company will keep the pre-paid event retainer fee as a cancelation fee.  However, the client has 14 days from the cancellation notification date to reschedule the photo session.  

If the client gives more than a 24-houremailed notification of the photo session cancellation, then a full refund of the pre-paid event retainer fee will be issued.
